Where and how a product is conceived is the question we all ask ourselves at least once.
In the sampling department, which is organized and equipped like a production section with 18 people, are created the collections and the zero series, the patterns, the layouts and everything for the making of a garment.

The phases of the technological process:

• knitting of the yarn
• finishing - dyeing/printing of the fabric allover (according to the demands)
• cutting, eventually cutting again after embroidery or local printing
• confection of the cut pieces
• labeling, ironing ot the finished item
• packing of the goods.

The yarn is received, checked according to quantity and quality and put in the warehouse for yarns.
The yarn is prepared by wireing and waxing on the wireing machine and then according to the orders and according to the consumption it is used in production.
The prepared yarn goes to the knitting department to obtain the fabric in bales.
The knitting department is equiped with circular knitting machines 100% cotton yarn and cotton type of different gauge and diameters: Mustisingle, Multiripp, Multipique - all from the Textima company and Romanian machines (Metalotehnica) for knitting frottee.

The bales obtained after knitting are grouped in packs and are finished in the finishing department (dyeing, drying, all over printing if it's necessary) on the following machines:
- yarn dyeing machine THIES/ECO-BLOC - building year 2000 - 1 pc.
- yarn dryer THIES/RIII, year 2000 - 1pc.
- fabric dyeing machine THIES/ECO-SOFT - year 2000 - 3 pcs.
- fabric dyeing machine R-JET Metalul Rroşu - year 1982 - 2 pcs.
- flat printing machine BUSSER - year 1977 - 1 pc.
- local printing carusel - serigraphy MHM/SYNCHROPRINT - year 1998 - 1pc.
- thermofixing frame BRUCKNER - year 1994 - 1 pc.
- compacting dryer FLEISSNER - year 1992 - 1 pc.
- squeezer with balloon - WEISS - year 2000 - 1 pc.
- calander compactor WEISS - year 2000 - 1 pc.
- brushing machine - TEXTIMA - year 1990 - 1 pc.
- shearing machine HEINZ - year 1973 - 1 pc.

From the finishing department, after a relaxing period of 24 hours, the fabric gets to the cutting department, where according to the orders it is cut in packages of 20 - 30 pcs./item, according to the colors and sizes.
The cutting department is equipped with:
- cutting machines with a tape from TEHNOMETAL - 5 pcs.
- mobile cutting machines with discus KURIS - year 1982 - 10 pcs.
- cutting machines with vertical knife SIMAC - year 1998 - 3 pcs.

According to the samples and the clients' wishes, the items are finished with lively colored embroideries, in the embroidery department, on machines with 8 and 12 heads.

The cut pieces get then to the 2 confection departments equipped with Rimoldi overlock sewing machines with 1 and 2 needles - year 1993, machines with different improvements and facilities. There is also a generator with 3 irons - year 2001 and ironing presses - 5 pcs.

The obtained goods are finally ironed, they are checked for the quality, they are labeled and packed in boxes in color and size assortments according to the order.
